	TERMS & CONDITIONS  All prices are in Euros.  The above prices are per room per night and are inclusive of breakfast and 15% Government VAT.  Airport Transfers are included in the rates for Luxury Suite Villa with Pool and the Presidential Villa.  Check- in Time is 1400 hrs and Checkout time is 1200 hrs.  Early arrival & late Check-out are available or request & are subject to availability.  For Guaranteed early Check-in, reservation needs to be made starting the previous night.  All bookings must be guaranteed at the time of reservation by credit card or a travel agency. All     major credit cards are accepted.  Reservation must be cancelled 20 days prior to the planned arrival date to avoid a cancellation     charge. One night room charge would be levied for cancellations received up to 7 days before     the arrival date &  a full charge would be levied for cancellations received after that.
