The Stress
Management Programme focuses primarily on assisting you to
experience and implement various mind and body techniques based on
the concepts and philosophies of Yoga, Meditation, Pranayama and
Ayurveda, for creating positive changes, reducing and managing
stress and enhancing synergy in your life through a balanced
approach. |
All prices are in Euros and are per room.
The package rates are inclusive of all currently applicable Government
Taxes.
Airport transfers by limousine.
Accommodation in a Junior Ocean View Suite / Luxury Villa with Pool / Luxury
Suite Villa with Pool.
Spa Treatments as per the Individual Package Programme.
Morning Wake - Up signature tea.
A bowl of fresh fruits, provided in the room, everyday.
3 Ananda Rejuvenating Spa Cuisine meals: (breakfast, lunch and dinner) per
person per night of stay, in the all day dining restaurant. There will be a
supplementary charge for dining in the specialty restaurant.
Introductory Spa and Fitness orientation sessions with an Initial Spa
consultation.
Unrestricted use of the Hydrotherapy facilities:
Indoor and Outdoor Jacuzzi, Steam, Sauna, Chill Plunge Pool, and Heated Lap
Pool.
Opportunity to participate in scheduled Spa Lifestyle and Wellness
activities:
Yoga, Pranayama, Meditation, Fitness, Cooking demonstrations, Lectures,
Workshops and Excursions
Use of the spa facilities like Sauna, Steam, Jacuzzi and the
spa therapies are available to guests who are of the age of 18 years
and above.
However, those under 18 years can take part in other scheduled
activities like yoga, meditation, treks and use the swimming pool. |
